We want you to love your Meshki pieces, which is why we offer easy returns for store credit or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Select Return Option
Choose between an exchange for a different size or color, or opt for a store credit via a Meshki digital gift card.
Pack and Label
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at the nearest authorized courier location and keep your tracking number until your return is processed.
